Noway Choc Fudge Balls

Who doesn't love a good fudge recipe, especially when it includes collagen?! This is definitely a keto-friendly sweet treat that doesn't require many ingredients at all but tastes amazing!  

 

Ingredients:
2 scoops of ATP SCIENCE Noway Choc Caramel Fudge
100g cacao butter
50g maple syrup (sugar free is best)
½ teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of cacao powder

Add – toppings of your choice

 

 

Method:

1. Melt cacao butter in bain marie until runny. Take off the heat and allow to cool completely. Stir through maple syrup and no way protein. Add vanilla, cacoa powder, and salt and combine.
2. Pour mixture into molds and add toppings of your choice.
3. Place into the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
4. Remove from fridge and roll mixture into balls.
5. Store in the fridge.
