Adrenal Gummies

Say hello to bedtime bliss with these delicious night-time gummies! ADRENAL SWITCH is designed to support healthy adrenal function. It will relax the sympathetic (stress) nervous system and engage the para-sympathetic (rest and digest) nervous system.

Makes: Serving amount, depends on mould shape. 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 tablespoon gelatine powder 
  • 300ml coconut milk (or your milk of choice)
  • 2 scoops of Adrenal Switch - Chocolate 
  • ¼ cup of hot water

METHOD

  1. Add the gelatine into a bowl and add hot water, leave for five minutes for the mix to ‘bloom’. 
  2. Warm the coconut milk slightly, add the Adrenal Switch and stir.
  3. Combine the two mixtures together and mix thoroughly. 
  4. Pour the mixture into a mould and leave to set in the fridge for 2-3 hours. 
  5. Once the gummies are at the texture you’re happy with, enjoy!
