Returns Policy

RETURNS 

Unopened items may be returned or exchanged for up to 14 days from the purchase date. The necessary purchase proof and documents must be provided along with the unopened product to qualify for a return or exchange. Unfortunately we do not offer any returns of exchanges on opened items or items that have gone past the 14 day period of purchase. We reserve the right to deduct the standard shipping fee ($9.99) plus a redirection and/or restocking fee for any refund issued due to change of mind.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS

It is the important that the customer fulfil his/her responsibility to review the goods prior to opening. Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be accepted for re-supply or credit, if the goods are unopened and in their original condition. We must be notified within 72 hours of receiving this incorrect or disputed item and await further instruction. 

We always aim to package your products so they will arrive to you in perfect condition, but we do understand that once your package leaves our warehouse there is a possibility it can be damaged. In this case we would like you to contact us immediately for further instruction.

All goods returned to us will be closely inspected upon their return and in the case of faulty products, a replacement product will be sent at the expense of us or a refund issued. In the case of non-faulty goods returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the standard restocking fee from any refund issued, or to resend the goods to the customer at the customer’s expense.
