Click & Collect allows you to purchase goods through the My Supplement Store website and pick them up at your local store at a time that's convenient for you. Your goods are reserved and paid for before you arrive, so all you need to do is collect and go. Best of all Click and Collect is a FREE service, so no shipping or handling charges!
My Supplement Store's Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from your local My Supplement Store. Simply select the products you want to purchase, add these products to your cart and go to checkout. During checkout, select Click and Collect as your delivery option.
We will send you an order confirmation via email to let you know your order has been received. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a "Your order is ready" email confirming your order is ready for pick up your selected My Supplement Store location.
Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a "Your order is ready" email confirming your order is ready for pick up at your selected My Supplement Store location. You can collect your order Monday-Sunday between the store's hours of operation after you have received this email.
Your order should be ready to collect the following day as long as you order was placed by 10AM Monday-Sunday.
Please note that during sales and under rare circumstances there may be order delays due to the volume of orders we receive.
When collecting your order, please proceed to the store counter where our customer service staff member will process your order collection.
Please make sure that you bring the following:
- Your order confirmation, in either printed or digital form ("Your order is ready" email)
- Valid photographic identification
*Valid photo ID includes Drivers Licence, Passport, Proof of Age card or Police, Government or Armed Services identification card.
If you need someone else to pick up your order, simply contact your nominated store to advise and provide the nominated person with your order confirmation. Make sure they are over 18 and provide valid ID at collection.
All our stores offer Click and Collect. Should your local My Supplement Store not be an option to collect from at check out, this will be due to the fact that they are currently out of stock of this particular item.
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact the customer service team at 1300 768 058 as soon as possible. We can always amend your order when you come to collect it as well.
Click & Collect orders will be kept for 7-10 days from the day you’ve placed your order. If your order is not picked up within 7-10 days from the original date of purchase your order will be refunded and the products returned to shelf.
Please allow 4-7 business days for the refund to show in your account.
If an item is not quite right we will happily exchange or refund the item for you in line with My Supplement Store's Return Policy. Read more about our Return Policy.
