A Breakfast Recipe Using…Cookies?!


Smoothie bowls are so refreshing and delicious for a healthy breakfast idea. They are a great way to get added nutrients and also hydrate. This bowl is fun and easy to make and a naturally beautiful!

Makes: 1 serving (1 bowl)
Macros per serve: 400 calories, 17g fat, 14g carbs, 38g protein




  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Crumble cookie and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake for 5 minutes, set aside to cool.
  4. Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Add smoothie to a bowl and top with cooked cookie pieces.
  6. Garnish with fresh blueberries, almond slivers, and cinnamon (optional)
