INGREDIENTS:

1 small Cucumber
1 Celery Stalk
½ Avocado
1 Cup Ice
½ Cup Water
1 Scoop Vitality Switch - Matcha Mint
1 Scoop Collagen Peptides (optional)
Handful Spinach Leaves
Sprig Fresh Mint

METHOD:

Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and process until smooth.
Add extra water if required to achieve desired thickness
Serve topped with optional seeds, granola, cocao nibs or coconut flakes.
