Perfect Fluffy Protein Pancakes

Protein pancakes have a tendency to dry out or make the pancake too dense due to the protein powder. We think we have the perfect recipe to create light fluffy protein pancakes that are not only easy to make, but taste delicious too! 


Serves: 8 pancakes

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook: 15 minutes



  • ½ cups rolled oats
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder 
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt 
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil 
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup 

Optional extras for topping:

  • Dark chocolate
  • Peanut butter
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Sugar free maple syrup 


  1. Place the rolled oats in a blender and blend until powdery.
  2. Add in all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and no pockets of powder remain.
  3. Grease a nonstick pan and heat over medium heat.
  4. Cook ¼ cup portions of pancakes for roughly 2 minutes on the first side and 1 minute on the second.
  5. Enjoy!
